Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system.
Should you be a registered company in Europe with a VAT Number, we can issue a tax-free invoice provided you complete all the relevant boxes in your member account. If you are an individual, we issue invoices including the VAT percentage.

www.formamarine.com accepts payments via STRIPE (major credit & debit cards), via PAYPAL and also via bank wire transfers. We do not accept payments by cheque unfortunately.

General Information
In view of the current situation with COVID-19 spreading worldwide, all shipments may be experiencing substantial delays which we cannot monitor. Additionally, due to social distancing and physical restrictions, shipping companies may , in some instances, not require a signed delivery proof, and therefore you may possibly find your order left outside your front door/gate.
We ship to most countries worldwide.
Orders placed on our website can only be shipped on business days, Monday to Friday.
Orders will be dispatched from 1 to 4 days from confirmed receipt of payment.
Items ordered together may be shipped separately.

Shipping choices may come with restrictions or additional applicable charges, such as taxes, duties and other fees which will be due at the delivery time from the recipient. If the additional charges are not paid then the parcel will be abandoned. Forma Marine Furniture S.M.M LLC will not refund the value of the goods and the shipping costs.
Shipping rates & Transit time
Please be informed that the shipping rates are based on the “dimensional weight” of our products, meaning on the size/dimensions of the carton and not on the actual weight of the product. As a result you will see before the completion checkout higher than expected rates for some of our products which are light but have a substantial volume.
Depending on the shipping service you will select (Express or Standard) you will be able to see before checkout the freight cost and the estimated delivery time.
Transit times for the delivery of your order will be based on the below estimates.
Please note that holiday season and/or exceptional environmental conditions (hurricanes, flooding etc..) may affect the below transit times.

EXPRESS COURIER (DHL / FedEx / UPS):
Europe: 3-6 workdays
USA and Rest of the World: 6-10 workdays
STANDARD SHIPPING (Greek Postal Service and National Postal services):
Europe: 4-8 workdays
USA and Rest of the World: 8-15 workdays
We encourage our customers to opt for Standard Shipping option when possible, despite the slower service, so as to make a lesser impact on the environment.
Status of your order
You will receive an order confirmation the moment your order goes through, followed by an order dispatch confirmation a few days later, informing you of the status of your order.

Tracking your order
When applicable, tracking numbers corresponding to the dispatched order as well as information on the shipping company used will appear in the automated order dispatch email you will receive. Check your e-mail inbox as well as your spam folder.
On most shipping company websites, you can click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order.
Important note: Even though your package will already have shipped from our factory and is on its way to you, tracking information may not be available for up to 24 to 48 hours after shipment.
Free shipping option
Nothing gives us more satisfaction than to be able to offer free shipping option to our customers.
Free shipping offers are applied on selected products and dates, as advertised on our website.
In this case, delivery is using Standard Shipping option

Shipping costs vary with every order. All shipping options and costs will be calculated for you during check out. Shipping costs will be calculated based on weight or volume of the package, shipping location and method of delivery. If you are not successful with obtaining this, we invite you to contact us.

All Forma Marine products are supplied fully assembled. For some few products that may need usage instructions, these can be found inside the carton.
FORMA Marine products are manufactured in Athens, Greece. Some few products are by exception produced in China but under our very strict specifications and instructions.
