Returns
In order to proceed with replacing the defective product, FORMA Marine will require proof of purchase followed by a written claim.
Before returning a product, it is necessary first to obtain our written consent and authorization.
In the event that the defective product is covered under our warranty policy, Forma Marine will replace it and send it to the purchaser.
The shipping costs for returning the defective product is
undertaken completely by the customer.
We will repair or replace the complete product or a component of it provided it has not been discontinued. In this event we
will provide a similar item.

Forma Marine Advisor | What is the life span of a Boat Chair
Marine chairs are specialized products and are therefore a little more expensive than the standard ones.
A boat chair can remain in a very good condition for a few decades provided:
- The manufacturer can provide replacement spare parts for the product so that you can restore your chairs to a perfect condition, almost as new.
- After every use it is washed and dried before been stored away.
- The chairs are placed into a protective bag before storing them.
- It has been produced by well established manufacturers specialized in boat furniture.
- When the life span of the boat chairs is over, to have the possibility to be dismantled to various parts which are recyclable and can be used for the production of other products.
