In order to proceed with replacing the defective product, FORMA Marine will require proof of purchase followed by a written claim.
Before returning a product, it is necessary first to obtain our written consent and authorization.

In the event that the defective product is covered under our warranty policy, Forma Marine will replace it and send it to the purchaser.

The shipping costs for returning the defective product is
undertaken completely by the customer.
We will repair or replace the complete product or a component of it provided it has not been discontinued. In this event we

These chairs are very well made and beautiful. I smile every time I sit it them.

You won’t be disappointed.

High quality. Comfortable. Stable. Bought 2 really only needed 1 but I’m happy. Comfort and stability with durability was most important to us. These chairs check all the boxes. Our boat is a 260 Cabrio and we like to chill and grill on the hook. The chairs are great. Boat seats are only so good so these chairs improve the comfort for us. They also store easily below.

Good quality

I stopped buying folding deck chairs from West Marine due to their poor and worsening quality. These are much better.

Stop your search here. A perfect blend of a refined look, light weight, easy storage, comfortable, and exceptional customer service. A polished look for your boat that will fit right in with boat living, so stop considering buying $20 folding chairs you see on soccer game sidelines. (Just sayin’.) Storage bags are great too - not allowing water to get in and extending life of chairs. Ask them any question - they will take care of you unlike any other amazon vendor I’ve experienced.

Seriously Nice Chairs

First of all the seller under promised and over delivered. Not something you see a lot anymore and so welcome. Chairs were expected between the 18th and 24th of the month. They arrived on the 14th. Big kudos.
Build quality is excellent and I expect these chairs will last a good many years. The bungee suspension along the edges give them more comfort than most typical folding chairs. The one shortcoming, and not worth deducting a star is the unfinished wood arms. They probably need to be sealed with something if they're going to find their way on a boat, in a salt water environment. If the wood is actual teak they'll hold up well for many years sealed or not, but even teak needs a little love in a salt water environment. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend these chairs to a close friend of family member.

The most comfortable chair

The most comfortable chairs on the market and have a great support for my lower back. They are also light and when folded become very compact. That’s so handy! The chairs arrived well protected in the carton. I recommend these without hesitation.

Great chairs

Purchased to replace some really old and beat up chairs. These are well constructed and should last years. Comfort is OK and is getting better as they are used. Not thrilled with the cost but in some cases, you get what you pay for. If you don't mind the price, I would recommend these chairs.

Very Happy

I've had these long enough that about 12 different people have sat in them. Everybody liked them. The feet are perfect for a boat and the chairs fold very flat for storage. I might buy two more and not use the drop down bench as much.
